Day 3 (part 1) - Video Testimonials

I made the mistake of not including the video for Day 1. But my loss is your gain. I realize that creating videos can be a hard thing to do. It almost feels impossible when you want it a certain way and you don't know enough to make it happen. Or it can be your first time making that kind of video. Either way it can be very frustrating especially when you have a deadline and not to mention-- a life.

So I had to create my first video for this challenge and I was trying to go for something easy. I have tons of stuff that I have recorded in the past but haven't edited it yet. So I had the challenge of getting these videos off of my tablet, which turned out to be not-so-good for audio quality. Still, I was grateful that I had this option available because my camera wouldn't charge.

With midnight looming on Day 1, of the 365 day challenge, I decided to sit and figure it out. When I got the chance to sit and edit the video, a lightbulb went off. This editing stuff was easy. All I had to do was sit still enough for long enough and after a couple of hours-- I'm done.

I loved these video testimonials. I had just completed my first main event in this personal development arena and people loved it. But I didn't really know much they loved until I watched the video testimonials. All of the hard work was worth it. I know moving forward, this video is worth more than my own commercial because real people are endorsing me and the training.

This is something I wished I did when I owned  my daycare. So it's almost like a "to be continued..." It's always great to pick up where you left off and grow even more. If I had done a video back then, I wouldn't even know how to edit it.  So, anyway watch quick video.

I hope that you figure out a way to create video testimonials (even if you have to give something for free) for your business or brand. It will boost your social proof (or social status) and verify that you are worth the investment in time and money to listen to or accept services or buy products from you. It's almost expected these days.
